JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Buyer with at least 1 year of experience in the FMCG industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring products while ensuring cost efficiency, quality, and timely delivery. This role requires excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, and a strong understanding of FMCG procurement dynamics.

KEY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Buyer or Procurement role within the FMCG sector.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain processes.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Familiarity with FMCG product categories and supplier networks.
  • Understanding of market dynamics and consumer behavior.
  • Certification in Procurement or Supply Chain Management (e.g., CIPS).
