Description
Job Description At Rituals, we’re searching for a Product Buyer Gifting Collections to strengthen our Sourcing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for bringing our gifting products to life, from our signature gift sets and seasonal collections to our beautifully crafted advent calendars. While our Innovation team creates the concepts, you ensure these ideas become reality: sourced, developed, and delivered to the highest standards. You’ll combine a commercial mindset with operational excellence, making sure every product is launched on time, within budget, and in line with Rituals’ premium quality. The scope of this team goes beyond gifting and also includes merchandise and House of Rituals collections, giving you the opportunity to work across a diverse range of premium products that inspire and delight our customers. This role is all about connection, working closely with colleagues across teams and collaborating with suppliers worldwide. It’s a chance to build expertise in a dynamic, ambitious environment while directly shaping the products that make Rituals’ gifting and merchandising so memorable. As a Product Buyer, you’ll go far beyond negotiating. You’ll foster partnerships, safeguard quality, and ensure our collections truly stand out. Together with the Category Buyer, you’ll manage suppliers, contribute to sustainability targets, and make data-driven decisions that deliver value. • Build and manage strong supplier relationships, including pricing, contracts, and performance reviews • Execute the sourcing strategy alongside the Category Buyer • Analyze data to make smart, commercially sound decisions • Ensure every sourcing choice aligns with our sustainability and quality standards • Collaborate with internal teams such as Innovation, Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory, and Impact • Prepare and present business cases using the AQSCIS framework • Secure materials, timelines, and suppliers for new product launches • Drive cost savings and process improvements • Guarantee transparent, accurate product data and flawless administration In short, you’ll be the link between idea and reality, ensuring our gifting, merchandise, and House of Rituals products are produced and delivered with care and excellence. Qualifications We’re looking for a proactive professional with a strong commercial mindset. You’re a team player, a confident negotiator, and someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment. Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented, you’re ready to make an impact. • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, procurement, supply chain, or a similar field • 3–5 years’ experience in buying or procurement (cosmetics, packaging, or contract manufacturing experience is a plus) • Strong analytical and structured decision-making skills • Excellent project management and multitasking abilities • Skilled in communication and stakeholder management • Collaborative, yet confident to challenge and influence when needed • Fluent in English You bring energy, curiosity, and a hands-on approach. You’re eager to grow, open to feedback, and always on the lookout for opportunities to improve. At Rituals, we value connection. That’s why we work 80% from the office (typically four days a week) and 20% from home. What are the next steps?
