What You’ll Do As our Buyer, you’ll play a key role in keeping our stores stocked with the tools, hardware, and supplies our customers depend on. You will: Source, negotiate, and purchase merchandise across multiple product categories. Analyze sales trends, inventory levels, and market conditions to make data-driven buying decisions. Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and distributors. Coordinate with store managers to forecast product needs and plan promotions. Monitor product performance, manage pricing, and identify new opportunities. Ensure product assortments reflect seasonal trends and local customer demand. Requirements What We’re Looking For Previous buying or purchasing experience (hardware or retail industry preferred). Strong negotiation and analytical skills. Proficiency with inventory management systems and Microsoft Excel. Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through. A passion for hardware, construction, or retail is a big plus!
