This is about shaping what the future of Health & Beauty looks like for our customers. Key responsibilities: Define and execute a multi-year category strategy across Health & Beauty Lead and evolve a balanced branded and private label portfolio that delivers both credibility and margin Identify whitespace opportunities and bring innovation to market with pace and precision Build meaningful partnerships with key global and local brand owners Elevate our private label proposition through product development, packaging, positioning and pricing strategy Use data, insight and market intelligence to drive sustainable sales and margin growth Work cross-functionally across planning, marketing, supply chain and quality to deliver excellence end to end You will have the commercial maturity to manage significant portfolios and negotiations, while also bringing a sharp eye for product, trends and customer behaviour. Qualifications Extensive buying experience within Health & Beauty A strong track record of delivering category growth in both branded and private label environments Demonstrated success in complex supplier negotiations and long-term partnership building A deep understanding of global beauty trends and the ability to translate them into commercial outcomes Strong financial acumen with confidence managing large budgets, forecasting and margin strategy The ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on when needed Experience leading, influencing and elevating others around you You understand the nuances of formulation, claims, packaging, compliance and brand positioning. You know how to balance aspiration with accessibility. Most importantly, you know how to turn insight into performance.
