Role: Buyer Location: Maryland Full Time We are Growers, We are Wholesalers, We are Producers, We Are Budtenders, We are Retailers, We are Partners, and We are Hiring Your Impact: Manage vendor relationships, purchasing, pricing, and inventory levels to ensure optimal stock and minimize excess or expired products. Identify top-performing and emerging cannabis products, stay informed on market trends, and provide insights to grow market share. Support sales growth through strategic promotional planning, sell-through performance, and margin targets. Partner with teams across wholesale, marketing, compliance, and retail to align efforts and meet company goals. Ensure purchasing activities follow all cannabis regulations and assist with tasks like discount setup, product data, and menus. Educate dispensary staff on new products and actively seek outreach opportunities to elevate product knowledge. Your Strengths: Exceptional communication & collaboration skills Highly organized and detail-oriented Analytical & data-driven with solid understanding of retail KPIs and data interpretation. You have strong problem-solving skills with business operations knowledge. Deep commitment to serving the cannabis community. Able to maintain confidentiality and handle pressure with composure.
