Mission As a Buyer, your purpose is to drive and execute strategic sourcing activities that ensure quality, cost competitiveness, supply continuity, and sustainability within your assigned categories. Working in close collaboration with category managers, buyers, and cross-functional stakeholders, you contribute to the successful implementation of global category strategies and support the delivery of world-class products and solutions. You play a key role in leading sourcing initiatives, managing supplier relationships, and conducting global negotiations, ensuring robust and competitive supply chains. Key Responsibilities Drive and continuously develop procurement activities within your assigned category Identify and implement cost reduction initiatives and efficiency improvements Conduct market analysis, benchmarking, and supplier evaluations Act as the primary point of contact for suppliers and manage ongoing relationships Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (R&D, Manufacturing, Logistics, Strategy, etc.) Lead and execute commercial negotiations at a global level Support supplier development and performance improvement initiatives Ensure alignment with global sourcing strategies and business objectives Contribute to risk mitigation and supply chain resilience Requirements Strong knowledge of sourcing processes, supplier management and contract negotiations in a global environment Proven ability to translate market insights into effective sourcing strategies Experience in managing strategic supplier relationships and driving supplier development Solid business acumen, with focus on cost, quality, and delivery performance Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders across different functions Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured and results-oriented mindset Experience in global organizations and managing international supplier bases Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build trust and drive alignment Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement or commercial roles Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field Advanced degree or professional certifications in Procurement or Supply Chain (e.g., CIPS, CPSM, APICS) are considered a plus Proven experience in commercial negotiations and contract management Strong business mindset combined with integrity and accountability Proactive and solution-oriented approach, with the ability to challenge the status quo Fluent in English (written and spoken) Compromiso con la igualdad de oportunidades En nuestra empresa, estamos comprometidos con la igualdad de oportunidades y seleccionamos a las personas en función de sus competencias y cualificaciones.
