Duties: Process and expedite Domestic/International purchase orders to ensure timely delivery Assist VMI suppliers with up-to-date orders and requirements Logistic Clearance Issues Post shipment documentation Proactively identify and communicate delay of deliveries Provide assistance to accounting relating to accrued receipt issues and invoice discrepancies Cross-Functional Collaboration with internal teams to support projects Ability to read drawings, BOMs and part specifications Maintain Supplier Quality Certs (ITAR, NADCAP, ISO) Education:       Associates Degree – w/ technical background Experience:     Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial manufacturing supply chain What we offer:  Health Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision coverage.
