JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Buyer to join our procurement team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing the purchasing process, ensuring that our manufacturing operations run smoothly by sourcing high-quality materials at competitive prices. This position requires strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage vendor relationships effectively while utilizing ERP systems to optimize supply chain processes.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in procurement or purchasing within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of vendor management, sourcing strategies, and negotiation techniques.
  • Familiarity with MRP (Material Requirements Planning) processes and supply chain management principles.
  • Proficiency in using SAP or similar ERP systems for procurement activities.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to facilitate collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.
