Responsibilities & Key Deliverables About Function : Group Indirect Sourcing (GIS) is a part of the Strategic Sourcing Unit (SSU) at Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. The GIS team centrally handles sourcing for all indirect purchases across Mahindra group. This position is responsible for sourcing of general services category. GS includes manpower, machine rentals, canteen, service contracts, ARC’s and land & building. Strategy and Development Market survey to identify and develop vendor ecosystem across services categories Data analysis to identify insights to drive cost reduction General and Task Management Manage relationships and negotiate with key domestic suppliers Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure suppliers meet program milestones, deliver services on time and with quality, and implement cost-saving opportunities Manage and resolve supply chain issues for critical services Negotiate contract terms with key suppliers to ensure value for money, quality standards, and delivery terms, with technical and operational input from stakeholders as needed. Develop negotiation strategies and finalize deals with optimal terms. Skills Required: Sourcing, negotiation, relationship management of key suppliers, critical thinking, envisioning & understanding services sourcing Experience 7+ yrs. experience in Strategic Sourcing – Administration / General Services / Professional Services (PAN India Transportation & Office Infrastructure development backend support experience is preferred)Industry Preferred Qualifications Bachelors in any discipline, MBA - Preferred Note: Tier I and Tier II institutes onlyGeneral Requirements Our commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
