Responsibilities: Conducts and carries out procedures for selecting counterparties, awarding contracts, signing agreements and managing suppliers for the procurement of materials, services, and digital systems projects related to the fields of Information Technology and Cyber Security, in accordance with the applicable institutional and regulatory framework Continuously monitors and stays informed about the framework governing PPC’s procurements, projects and services, aiming to ensure compliance with established procedures Monitors and researches the market and collects and processes cost data for services within his/her area of responsibility, while also researching the market for optimal solutions in the Information Technology and Cyber Security sector Participates in the drafting/standardization of the commercial terms of contracts Provides support throughout the entire duration of contract implementation, until their completion Bachelor’s degree from a University or College or Technological Educational Institute Master's degree in Science (MSc) or Business Administration (MBA) will be considered an additional qualification At least two (2) years of relevant experience in conducting selection processes for counterparties for the procurement of materials and/or services and/or IT and Cyber Security projects, as well as in drafting and monitoring related contracts Experience in the energy, telecommunications or banking sector will be considered an additional qualification Technical skills in procurement methodologies, tools and process techniques will be considered an additional qualification Knowledge of using electronic selection procedures and enterprise resource planning systems in procurement (e.g., SAP) will be considered an additional qualification Good knowledge of the English language Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Internet Competencies: Accountability and result orientation Cross-functional collaboration Problem-solving and decision-making Customer orientation Personal development Change management Inclusive working environment Continuous training and participation in development activities Group health and life insurance program Reduced electricity consumption invoice
