What you’ll do Your key accountabilities will include Promoting & driving a clear understanding of the Jaeger customer, ensuring the segments and demographics needs are understood and put at the heart of the product offer. Create, develop, and deliver exceptional elevated product that excites the customer, sets Jaeger apart from their competitors and promotes the brand globally across clothing & accessories. Excellent attention to detail, to ensure the Jaeger fit and materials are refined and to a premium level. Leading a trading culture across all levels Work in collaboration with Sourcing Offices globally to develop appropriate supply routes. Provide leadership and direction to the buying team. Identify and develop talent within the team, benchmarking across peer group and promoting movement of people within the business. Leading a trading culture across all levels of Buying. Who you are Your skills and experience will include Working to at least Buyer level, preferred background in premium or luxury womenswear but premium handwriting is most important. Strong technical womenswear knowledge, with a proven track record of developing and trading highly commercial elevated ranges that exceed sales & profit targets.
