Position overview: You will oversee procurement for small- and medium-sized projects, ensuring effective supplier management. You will work on meaningful projects that shape the future of procurement in a company driving regional energy transformation. What will you be responsible for? Handle procurement procedures for small- and medium-sized projects, including preparation of tender documentation, contract negotiations, supplier relationship management and support for evaluation committees. Execute procurement processes with precision and play a key role in turning category strategies into real business results. Monitor market developments, innovations and technology trends. Prepare status reports on sourcing activities. Securing that the procesess are delivered on time in the most optimal way. Ensure onboarding and qualification of suppliers. Hit apply if you: Have a university degree in Economics, Engineering, Law or similar study field. Speak English and Hungarian at a good communicative level (minimum B2). Speak Slovak at a communicative level also. Have at least 1 year of office experience in a multinational environment. Are proficient in using MS Office with strong MS Excel skill. Possess strong analytical thinking and communication skills. Are goal-oriented and eager to learn. Hold a valid category B driving licence. Have user knowledge of SAP, ARIBA, or any other ERP system (a plus, but not required). Location: Komárno Salary: from 1700 EUR brutto/month. The amount of the wage is the minimum guaranteed amount of the basic component of the wage. The final base salary depends on the individual skills and experience of the selected candidate.
Responsibilities
The Buyer will oversee procurement activities for small- and medium-sized projects, managing supplier relationships and executing tender preparations and contract negotiations. Responsibilities also include monitoring market trends, preparing status reports, and ensuring timely and optimal process delivery.
