Description
Lead end-to-end procurement process across assigned indirect categories, including RFx, evaluation, negotiation, and contracting Develop and execute sourcing strategies for construction services, facility management, gas & chemical supplies, and turnkey infrastructure projects Negotiate commercial terms, SLAs, and pricing with suppliers while ensuring alignment with company goals and compliance standards Draft, review, and manage procurement contracts including MSAs, SOWs, and framework agreements Drive cost savings, quality improvements, and delivery performance through effective supplier management Collaborate with key stakeholders including project teams, legal, EHS, finance, and operations to understand requirements and deliver value Monitor supplier performance and conduct regular business reviews to ensure consistent service delivery Identify and mitigate supply risks and drive continuous improvement initiatives across procurement activities Maintain accurate documentation and procurement records in line with audit and compliance requirements Support the implementation of global procurement policies and tools at a regional/local level Our Commitment We believe it is important for every person to feel valued, included, and empowered to achieve their full potential. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories - On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex' you'll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex' you'll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field with 8+ years of experience; or equivalent experience. Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel,). Proven expertise in sourcing and negotiating construction, facility management, turnkey, and chemical supply contracts Strong knowledge of contract law, procurement regulations, and supplier risk management Experience managing multiple complex procurement projects simultaneously Experience in the semiconductor industry or other high-tech industries. Prior experience in procurement, Procure-to-Pay processes, or similar functions. Foundational understanding of commodity market indicators and technical data.
