Buyer is required atLiffeyfield Ltd T/A Bonnington Hotel Dublin located at Swords Road, Whitehall, Dublin 9, D09 C7F8 Ireland. Minimum 1 year’s experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry. The appointed candidate will be expected to carry out the following duties: Source and purchase goods, materials, and services required for the hotel’s daily operations. Identify and evaluate potential suppliers to ensure the best quality, price, and reliability. Negotiate purchase terms and agreements to achieve cost savings and added value for the hotel. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments to avoid shortages or excess stock. Place and track purchase orders, ensuring accurate and timely delivery. Maintain supplier records, contracts, and purchase documentation in line with company procedures. Build and sustain positive relationships with suppliers and service providers. Report on market trends, pricing fluctuations, and potential risks that may affect procurement. Ensure compliance with company policies, financial guidelines, and legal requirements.
