Responsibilities
: - Purchasing various materials for the entire company group
- Independently obtaining quotes
- Conducting price negotiations with suppliers
- Checking order confirmations, delivery dates, prices, and terms
- Expanding the existing supplier database
- Data maintenance in the ERP system
- Creating statistics
- Participation in various purchasing projects
Requirements
: - Successfully completed commercial or technical training, e.g., as an industrial clerk (m/f/d) / wholesale and foreign trade clerk (m/f/d) or a degree in business administration. B. in the area of purchasing/procurement or a similar qualification
- Experience as a purchasing clerk (m/f/d) or operational/strategic or technical buyer (m/f/d)
- Proficient in MS Office
- Good written and spoken English skills are an advantage
- Strong communication skills, teamwork, personal responsibility and reliability
