Job Responsibilities: Scopo della posizione: - Collabora con il responsabile del servizio nell’ambito della selezione e dell’individuazione dei migliori e più convenienti fornitori della divisione - Gestisce, con il supporto del responsabile o del supervisore, le relazioni con i fornitori assegnati, operando sulla base di obiettivi definiti e seguendo le indicazioni ricevute, anche in contesti soggetti a cambiamenti. - Gestisce le attività di acquisto richieste all’interno del cft (cross functional team) del programma assegnato, inclusa l’emissione di ordini di produzione di serie e/o prototipi - Gestisce le attività di acquisto all’interno del settore di specifica competenza (materiali diretti, indiretti, servizi) inclusa l’emissione degli ordini di acquisto Requisiti richiesti: - Diploma di scuola secondaria (obbligatorio) in ambito amministrativo/ economico (preferenziale) o diploma di laurea in materie giuridico – economiche (preferenziale) - Almeno un anno di esperienza nel settore in aziende di produzione di serie - In possesso di conoscenze culturali e formativo/professionali tali da consentirgli/le la piena comprensione degli obiettivi della propria funzione - Conoscenza lingua inglese (obbligatorio) - Conoscenza dei programmi word, excel e project (obbligatorio) - Conoscenza del sistema teamcenter (preferenziale) - Conoscenza del sistema sap (preferenziale) Responsabilità/compiti: - Partecipa alle riunioni/attività del cft relativo al programma assegnatoli secondo quanto richiesto dal PM (program manager). - Svolgere le attività richieste all’interno del cft che siano di competenza acquisti (gestione modifiche tramite sistema teamcenter, ricerca fornitori, selezione fornitori, gestione globale del rapporto con il fornitore prescelto). - Tiene informato il supervisore acquisti delle attività/decisioni intraprese all’interno del cft. - Coadiuva il purchasing manager (ricerca fornitori, selezione fornitori) in accordo agli obiettivi definiti. - Emette gli ordini di acquisto secondo le procedure motrol, in particolare assicurandosi che tutte le informazioni riportate sugli ordini emessi siano correttamente completate. - Si occupa della distribuzione e dell’archiviazione di tutta la documentazione relativa agli ordini emessi. - Esegue le proprie attività in accordo alle procedure interne della società in quanto attuative di IATF 16949, ISO 14001 ed in rispetto alle vigenti norme di sicurezza.
