BUYER

Our client a growing and successful manufacturing business is currently looking to recruit a Buyer to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for the successful candidate to join an award-winning company and join a busy purchasing department.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Build and maintain excellent working relationships with suppliers
• Sourcing or products, components and materials whilst securing best price and lead time possible
• Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages
• Attend weekly production meetings and provide update on purchased part status
• Produce procurement reports for management
• Managing call of orders with suppliers
• Other relevant ad hoc duties
