JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven Buyer to join our procurement team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing quality products and services, negotiating favorable terms, and ensuring timely delivery to support our operations.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience as a Buyer, Purchasing, or in a similar procurement role.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques, as well as inventory control.
  Working Time :
  Monday to Friday from 9.00am - 6.00pm

• Source and evaluate suppliers, ensuring best value in terms of price, quality, and reliability.
• Negotiate prices, contracts, and delivery terms with vendors and suppliers.
• Issue and manage purchase orders in accordance with company policies.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate purchasing activities to avoid shortages or overstocking.
• Work closely with internal departments such as Finance, Logistics, and Production to ensure procurement aligns with business needs.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and generate regular reports.
• Evaluate supplier performance and ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
