LOCATION: Budapest IN THIS POSITION, YOU WILL: Prepare status reports regarding sourcing activities Ensure achievement of defined objectives and KPIs including delivery of savings targets Respond and inform superiors about possible issues, complaints, and other cases that require resolution Develops and maintain closer collaboration with other department members in/outside of Procurement based on the area of expertise Contribute to monitoring of market developments, innovations and technology trends Implement activities from category strategy Contribute to annual procurement planning Conduct competitive tendering within buyer’s scope Prepare required documentation for evaluation committees Conduct contract negotiations Create contracts according to current financial, legal, HSSE, and category management requirements Ensure contract implementation Contribute to operational procurement in monitoring and expediting of deliveries Ensure onboarding and pre-qualification of suppliers Contribute to supplier evaluation of category management Main focus are the circular economy and waste management HIT THE APPLY BUTTON, IF YOU: University (MA/MSc) / College (BA/BSc) in the field of Economics/Engineering/Law Gained 1+ year procurement experience in multinational environment Speak Hungarian and English fluently Are a strong negotiator and have a good communication skill Have proactive attitude, resilient behaviour, sense of responsibility, ownership Have user level knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP, eProcurement (or similar), ERP system ADVANTAGE: To have circular economy/waste management experience WHAT WE CAN OFFER: Competitive salary complemented with an attractive compensation package Cafeteria with several elements to choose from (e.g. SZÉP card, AYCM card, MOL LIMO usage, etc.) Notebook and iPhone with limitless internet access Life and health insurance, medical care package Professional trainings and career opportunities within MOL Group Free health program and participating in company organized events Other well-being benefits At MOL Group, we know that our strength lies in diversity.
