Our Buyers/ Procurement Specialists play a critical role in our success by partnering closely with suppliers and our sales team to deliver value to our customers and drive the business forward. As a Buyer/ Procurement Specialist, you’ll analyze input from sales and suppliers to make informed purchasing decisions that balance availability, cost, and customer satisfaction. You’ll be responsible for ensuring we have the right products, at the right time, and at the best possible cost. This role is ideal for someone with an interest in procurement or supply chain who wants to directly influence gross profit and market share growth. This position is based at our headquarters in Phoenix, AZ, and is hybrid, offering the flexibility to work from home up to two days per week after the first 90 days. Pay range: $50,000 to $80,000 (salary plus performance-based pay), with a great potential to earn more based on exceeding performance targets What you will do? Make informed and strategic purchasing decisions to optimize inventory levels, incorporating inputs from Sales, our procurement system, and supplier insights Collaborate effectively with suppliers to develop go-to-market strategies, negotiate favorable deals, and cultivate strong, lasting relationships Deliver proactive guidance and support to the Sales team, fostering business growth and enhancing customer satisfaction Respond promptly to disruptions and communicate effectively during scenarios such as shipping delays, material shortages, and price fluctuations Compile and analyze reports to identify priorities and facilitate informed business decisions Oversee factory backlog management by adapting to fluctuations in demand and supply dynamics Review and disseminate critical information and data from suppliers to the Sales team and other relevant departments What you bring to the table! Responsibilities

As a Buyer/Procurement Specialist, you will make informed purchasing decisions to optimize inventory levels and collaborate with suppliers to negotiate deals. You will also support the Sales team and manage disruptions in supply chain dynamics.
