Your tasks

You ensure that our products arrive at the right place at the right time – from finished goods to electronic components. You'll work in an intercultural team with colleagues in Berlin and China, actively contributing your ideas to further develop processes. Appreciation, open communication, and collaboratively driving solutions characterize our teamwork.

• Purchasing and planning of finished products and electronic components
• Ensuring product availability
• Keep an eye on deliveries, stock levels and ranges
• Managing suppliers, communication and coordination from manufacturers through distributors to development partners
• Interdisciplinary tasks between strategic purchasing, financial accounting, quality, and marketing & sales
• Support and participation in process optimizations

Your profile

• You have completed commercial training, a degree, or have comparable experience in purchasing/SCM.
• You bring several years of experience in purchasing / supply chain management.
• You have a good understanding of the interrelationships within global supply chains.
• You have an affinity for technical products and electronic components.
• You pursue your goals analytically and systematically.
• You are proficient in using ERP systems, MS Office, Power BI, and ideally have experience in the AI ​​field.
• You communicate confidently in German and English.
