Job Title: Buyer / Purchaser

Job Summary:
As a Buyer, you will be responsible for overseeing the procurement process and ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials, goods, and services required for construction projects.
You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, and suppliers, to meet project requirements and achieve organizational objectives.
Your role will involve sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies and procedures.

Role requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Must have a civils / groundwork background
  • Proven experience as a Buyer or in a similar procurement role in the construction industry.
  • Knowledge of construction materials, equipment, and industry-specific procurement practices.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite and other relevant software.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €60,000.00-€70,000.00 per year
