The Opportunity
We’re on the hunt for two highly motivated and detail-obsessed Buyer’s Assistant to support our Beauty & Home and Footwear, Apparel & Accessories category teams. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in the evolution of our product experience - working across both owned-buy and marketplace models.
You’ll work hand-in-hand with buyers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to keep things running smoothly - from product setup and stock management to campaign execution and reporting. If you thrive in a digital-first environment and love all things beauty and home, this is your time to shine.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing product and supplier setup for new SKUs, ensuring accurate categorisation and compliance across owned-buy and marketplace.
  • Supporting range planning, stock flow and content readiness for product launches and campaigns.
  • Acting as the go-to for marketplace vendor coordination, onboarding and troubleshooting with a solution-focused approach.
  • Assisting with campaign planning and promotions, collaborating with marketing and ecommerce to drive visibility and conversion.
  • Tracking and reporting on sales, margin and performance, helping drive actionable insights that shape future decisions.

What You’ll Bring

  • 1–2 years of experience in retail or eCommerce buying.
  • Exceptional organisation, admin and multitasking skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables a must).
  • Confidence in navigating eCommerce platforms and digital workflows.
  • Solid communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Passion for beauty, homewares, and emerging consumer trends.
  • Experience with marketplace platforms is a bonus.
