JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Procurement Specialist to join our dynamic team. REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of contract management principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems for procurement processes.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders effectively.
  • Experience in category management and materials management is highly desirable.
  • Understanding of production planning processes and their impact on procurement decisions.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail for effective decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Utilize MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems to forecast demand and manage inventory levels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production needs and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, contracts, and supplier performance.
  • Analyze market trends and supplier capabilities to identify potential new sources of supply.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all procurement activities.
