Key Responsibilities: · Update pricing and terms of sale on all vendor documentation. · Negotiate price and delivery with suppliers · Verify price and delivery terms of purchases in collaboration with accounts payable · Help review vendor statements and reports for discrepancies; escalate issues as needed. · Perform expediting and late delivery tracking as needed. · Create and manage all purchasing transactions independently. · Assist with data entry and account maintenance in the ERP system. · Respond to routine vendor inquiries professionally and promptly. · Use purchasing software systems to process transactions and generate simple reports. · Prepare vouchers for non-inventory-related expenses, service contracts, and credit memos under supervision. · Provide administrative support to the Purchasing and Supply Chain department What We Offer: 401k – 4% match on 5% deferrals PTO – Up to 5 weeks Employer Paid Life Insurance Employer Paid Short-term and Long-term Disability Employer provided Paid Family/Medical Leave Generous Health Insurance Coverage Dental Insurance AND Vision Insurance Safety Shoes & Glasses reimbursements Employee Appreciation Events Competitive pay based on experience.
