JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Assist in the sourcing and procurement of goods
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, orders, and supplier information
• Assist in negotiating and managing supplier contracts and agreements
• Monitor and track deliveries to ensure they meet quality and timeline requirements
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify and source for new potential suppliers and cost-saving opportunities
• Support in the evaluation and selection of suppliers based on price, quality, and reliability
• Negotiate with existing & prospective suppliers for the best terms & conditions and maintain relationships on strategic or critical supplies
• Evaluate performance and service of supplier and prepare and submit monthly report timely
• Assist in sourcing for accommodation for worker and negotiate with the supplier to achieve the best terms and offer
• Work with various departments on the smooth kick-off of projects
• Arrange meeting for management staff and suppliers and attend meeting when needed
