Job Description Negotiate with suppliers on pricing, lead time, and delivery commitments to support production and business requirements. Manage purchase orders and closely follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery. Monitor inventory levels and initiate replenishment activities based on demand signals. Maintain accurate purchasing, delivery, and inventory records in the system. Coordinate with purchasing teams across XP Group factories for material allocation, exchange, and alignment. Analyze supplier capacity, market conditions, and lead time trends to identify and mitigate material supply risks. Support material control and cross-functional teams by providing timely and accurate updates on material status and delivery issues. Perform daily, weekly, and monthly data reviews to support purchasing and inventory decisions. Act as a key communication bridge between suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment. Participate in and support company initiatives and continuous improvement activities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related discipline. 2-3 years of experience in purchasing or supply chain, preferably in EMS, electronics, or a high-mix manufacturing environment. Experience working with suppliers on pricing, delivery, and lead time management. Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP experience is an advantage). Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess supply risks and make data-driven decisions. Good communication skills; ability to work effectively with regional and cross-functional teams. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
