BUYING OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a smart and professional individual to join a successful Buying Team as a Buying Office Administrator
You will be based at our Head Office in Grangemouth where you will receive training in all aspects of Buying Administration.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to learn and be trained by highly experienced Buyers with the end goal of you becoming an outstanding Buying Administrator.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with all general administration duties including answering of phone calls, taking messages, emails, filing, photocopying & data input.
  • Chasing orders & speaking to suppliers
  • Learning how to place orders
  • Learning how to use the EPoS system
  • Learning how to up-to-date price information
  • Liaising with colleagues in all parts of the business
  • Resolving problems relating to price issues & barcodes in association with Buyers
  • Internal Mail duties
