Job Description
Reporting to a Menswear Buyer, you will be at the heart of our menswear buying team. As a Buying Coordinator - Menswear you will be responsible for supporting our buyers and assistant buyers in their daily tasks, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Purchase Order Management: Ensure purchase orders are processed timely and in accordance with departmental standards and flag any discrepancies.
  • Operational Support: Maintain daily communication between departments and develop strong collaboration within the team to effectively resolve issues and provide support when needed. Ensure the efficient management of daily administrative tasks.
  • Reporting: Produce accurate weekly sales reports for the Men’s Department purchasing team, as well as reports for suppliers. Collaborate with the merchandise planning team to submit performance-based reports to optimize purchasing.
    Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Buying, Merchandising, or a related field.

  • A minimum of 1 year relevant experience, preferably in the fashion and retail industry.
  • Excellent skills using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills. French is required as it is the language in the Quebec province.
