JOB SUMMARY: To safely clean and sanitize processing rooms and equipment while understanding and complying with all Food Safety and Safety policies and procedures. Perform self-inspection (pre-op) in preparation for inspection by Quality Assurance and USDA. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (Other duties may be assigned) * Using high pressure hoses and chemical applications, clean all bins and trays. * Ensure all bins and trays meet all sanitation standards as required by USDA. * Operate Pallet jack * Operate tray wash machine EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: • Previous experience is preferred, but not required for this position • No formal education is required

Responsibilities

The primary role is to safely clean and sanitize processing rooms and equipment while strictly adhering to all Food Safety and Safety policies. Essential duties include using high-pressure hoses and chemicals to clean bins and trays to meet USDA standards, and operating a pallet jack and tray wash machine.
