As a Car Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through their purchasing journey while ensuring they receive the best possible experience.

EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in sales, preferably within the automotive industry, is advantageous.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using sales software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
  • A proven track record of upselling products or services effectively.
  • Ability to work well within a team environment while also being self-motivated.

Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences in selecting vehicles.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and explain vehicle features and benefits effectively.
  • Manage the sales process from initial contact through to closing the sale.
  • Upsell additional products and services that enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain an organised database of customer interactions and follow-ups using dealership software.
  • Collaborate with the sales management team to achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Provide excellent phone etiquette when responding to inquiries from potential customers.
  • Assist in maintaining the showroom’s appearance and ensuring all vehicles are presented well.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, new models, and competitor offerings.
