Your future starts here! This year-long fellowship provides trainees an intensive and immersive experience in working with youth between the ages of 12-20. Training Curriculum: Trainees will participate in a weekly didactic seminar including but not limited to: Child, Adolescent, and Young Adult Developmental milestones DSM 5 Diagnosis Behavioral Management Child Serving Systems Trauma and Best Practice Trauma Treatment Medication Administration Program (Certification) Crisis Prevention Intervention (Certification) Immersive experience with youth Face to face clinical hours Training Rotations: Trainees will have the opportunity to train in 4 different youth serving intensive programs including Emergency Shelter, Independent Living, and Intensive Behavioral Health Services. Schedule: Trainees will have one full day of focused training and 4 additional days of on-site experience.
