WORK OPTION: In Office _________________ POSITION SUMMARY The Senior Manager, Compensation & Benefits will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing competitive and compliant C&B programs across Greater China, while providing operational and strategic support to other APAC markets as needed. This role ensures the accurate and efficient execution of C&B operations, while aligning rewards strategy with global guidelines and local market realities to attract, retain, and motivate talent. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES Assist C&B Lead on the annual compensation cycle for Greater China, including salary planning, benchmarking, bonus allocation, and equity awards. Oversee end-to-end compensation operations, including payroll coordination, bonus calculations, incentive payouts, and allowances administration. Manage benefits enrollment, renewal, and daily administration, liaising with vendors and internal payroll teams to ensure seamless delivery. Ensure accurate and timely processing of salary changes, promotions, transfers, and other compensation-related actions in HRIS. Support C&B Lead on complex C&B projects, including job architecture, incentive design, and expatriate compensation. Work closely with C&B Head & HR Business Partners and business leaders to advise on offer packages, promotions, and retention strategies. Ensure full compliance with local labor and tax laws related to compensation and benefits. Collaborate with Global C&B team to align regional practices with worldwide frameworks and initiatives. REQUIRED SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, or related field 8+ years of progressive C&B experience in multinational companies, with deep expertise in Greater China markets. Strong knowledge of local regulations, market practices, and trends in compensation and benefits. Analytical, detail-oriented, and proficient with HRIS and compensation tools.
