This role focuses on designing and managing executive compensation structures, equity compensation plans, and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent while ensuring market competitiveness.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in compensation and benefits roles, with proven experience in designing and managing equity compensation plans and executive compensation programs.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in HRIS systems and advanced Excel.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
