Job Description

We are seeking a talented C++ DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team in Stockholm, Sweden. In this role, you will bridge the gap between software development and operations, leveraging your expertise in C++ programming and DevOps practices to streamline our development processes and enhance our product delivery pipeline.

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize C++ codebases for high-performance applications
  • Design and implement robust CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes
  • Collaborate with development teams to improve code quality, system reliability, and scalability
  • Manage and optimize containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues in production environments
  • Develop and maintain documentation for DevOps processes and best practices
  • Continuously evaluate and integrate new technologies to improve development and operations workflows
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
  • Contribute to the company’s overall DevOps strategy and culture
  • Work three days at the customer location or in the office

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in C++ development, with a strong understanding of modern C++ standards
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with DevOps practices and tools
  • Proficiency in version control systems, particularly Git
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI
  • Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix systems and shell scripting
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and their DevOps-related services
  • Experience with containerization technologies, especially Docker and Kubernetes
  • Knowledge of infrastructure as code principles and tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible)
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Bash
  • Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, ELK stack)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Understanding of agile methodologies and software development lifecycle
  • Relevant DevOps certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Docker Certified Associate) are a plus
  • Can fluently speak and write in both Swedish & English.
