C&E Facility Assistant Position   Position Overview: Supply support to all athletic events.  Essential Duties:  · Open/close main facility and support buildings (restrooms, press box, ticket booth, training room) · Enforce facility policies and regulations · Maintain clean and presentable facility for all participants, guests; maintain neat equipment storage · Assist with setup, tear down or moving of equipment (tables, chairs, benches, goals) · Delivery, setup, and tear-down of AV and other equipment; scoreboard operation · Communicate regularly via shift report to supervisor and follow University security measures · Welcome guests and other visitors; answer questions and make appropriate referrals; act as ambassador to the conference/event guests for Conference & Event Services   Work Experience:  · Customer service. · Strong verbal communication skills. · Able to lift and move equipment weighing up to 50 pounds, including tables and chairs. · Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic. · Detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to follow instructions accurately. · Strong problem solver who takes initiative.   To be eligible to be a CSP student employee, one must: * Be enrolled and registered as a CSP student (PSEO students are not eligible).   * Have a United States social security number.* * Have proper identification [https://www.uscis.gov/i-9-central/form-i-9-acceptable-documents] as determined by Form I-9. * Have declared a major at CSP. * Be in good standing with CSP academic requirements and student accounts. * For summer employment, priority will be given to the student employees who are enrolled and registered in summer courses.  *International students who are on a F-1 Visa must obtain an United States social security number: For assistance obtaining a social security number, please contact International Student Services at iss@csp.edu.
