About You Experience in a broker- or customer-facing role, with strong relationship-building skills. Professional and/or academic background in underwriting, broader insurance, or construction/engineering sectors. A confident, curious mindset with the ability to adapt and thrive through change. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical thinking. A relevant degree in engineering (any discipline) or trade/construction experience (preferred but not essential).
