As a C++ Engineer on their Risk software development team, you’ll work on technically demanding projects that are central to our core operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement robust, scalable, and high-performance systems
  • Set technical direction for key initiatives and contribute to architectural decisions
  • Collaborate closely with other engineers, analysts, and business partners
  • Contribute hands-on through coding, testing, and deployment
  • Simplify and modernize complex system landscapes
  • Ensure that systems meet high standards for quality, performance, and reliability

Your profile:

  • Strong engineering instincts and solid computer science fundamentals
  • Advanced experience in C++ development
  • Practical, problem-solving mindset with a focus on clean design and maintainability
  • Experience working in agile, collaborative teams
  • Effective communicator who can clearly articulate ideas and decisions
  • Proactive and hands-on, with a sense of ownership and accountability
  • Interest in large-scale, high-reliability systems in a regulated environment

Important: working on-site at least 3 days per week
