The acquisition is part of Bosch Group’s Energy and Building Technology business sector. You will be: Responsibility for compliance with global and national export control regulations and policies Actively monitoring and tracking from proposed rules/regulations changes, communicating impact to the organization, and providing solutions to mitigate export compliance risk exposure. Implementation and monitoring of the requirements of the Bosch Global Standards and Procedures within his/her area of responsibility and translation into national processes. Continuous monitoring of business activities as well as review and release of business models or individual transactions Steering and support of internal and external audits Responsible for export license process including determination of license requirement, preparation submissions and monitoring of licenses Review and audit of JP Export Control Classification Monitoring of national export control law changes and continuous alignment with the global export control governance team Responsibility to evaluate deemed export transactions Review and update Export Control contract clause/language in agreements, NDA's, quotes 資格法学、国際貿易、工学、またはその他の関連分野における学士号 EU、米国、および適用される国内法に関連する規制に準拠した輸出管理および制裁コンプライアンスにおける8年以上の関連知識と実務経験地域およびグローバルの方針とプロセスについて、社内顧客にアドバイスする経験と能力 SAP / GTSの知識、または同等のシステム経験組織のあらゆるレベル（幹部を含む、部門横断的なチーム）で働く能力チームプレイヤーの姿勢強い顧客志向英語と日本語での優れた書面および口頭コミュニケーション能力強力な組織力と優先順位付け能力「マネージメント経験」または「コンプライアンス体制整備の経験」 Bachelor’s degree in law, international trade and business, engineering or other relevant areas 8+ years of relevant knowledge and working experience in export control and sanctions compliance according to EU, US, and applicable national laws related regulations.
