As a C&I ESS Technical Sales Manager, you will combine technical expertise with commercial insight to support customers on their journey toward smarter, more sustainable energy solutions. Let’s dive in: Drive the development of the C&I energy storage business in Czechia by identifying, developing, and closing new opportunities Act as the technical sales expert, translating customer needs into tailored ESS and hybrid solutions Support the full sales cycle from opportunity identification through technical proposal, negotiation, and contract closure Collaborate with internal teams to design competitive solutions and ensure alignment between technical and commercial requirements Support the commissioning and handover of BESS projects, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to delivery Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including EPCs, partners, consultants, and end customers Your profile All right, all right… that sounded exciting, didn’t it? Now, to truly thrive in this role, your background will look something like this: Degree in engineering, energy technology, or a related technical field Proven experience in technical sales within energy storage, solar, or a related renewable sector Solid understanding of C&I energy systems, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value Experience with commissioning, testing, or technical support of commercial energy systems is a strong advantage Hands-on knowledge of BESS, PV inverters, EMS, or grid connection topics is a strong plus Fluency in Czech and English at C1 level Strong ownership mindset with the ability to manage product lifecycle activities such as rollout, validation, partner training, and market promotion Confident in solving technical challenges across a diverse renewable energy portfolio and collaborating with cross-functional teams Why us?
