Your Role & Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain applications using C#, .NET, and Visual Studio Implement clean, scalable, and efficient code following established development standards Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and translate them into technical solutions Integrate application components, APIs, and databases into reliable end-to-end systems Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software issues to ensure performance, stability, and security Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to continuous code quality improvement Support testing activities, including unit testing, integration testing, and issue resolution Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and best practices Document technical specifications, architecture, and changes clearly and accurately Communicate effectively with team members in English, with German B1/B2 proficiency for daily collaboration Required Technical & Professional Expertise Professional experience as a C# .NET Developer working in a modern software development environment Strong knowledge of C#, .NET Framework / .NET Core, and Visual Studio Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and clean code principles Experience with REST APIs, relational databases, and version control systems (e.g., Git) Familiarity with agile development methodologies and collaborative software workflows Ability to analyse requirements, estimate work, and transform specifications into reliable implementations Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills Good communication and teamwork abilities in English; German B1/B2 skills sufficient for technical discussions Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks Nice-to-Have Experience with Entity Framework, LINQ, Azure services, or microservices architectures Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated build/test processes Familiarity with unit testing frameworks (e.g., xUnit, NUnit, MSTest)
