Description:
Accuenergy is a Toronto-based company dedicated to research, design and manufacturing of multifunction power meters and other instruments. We also provide advanced technological solutions for distribution and industrial power system automation.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor/Master degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering
- Good reading and documentation skills
- Experience developing C/C++ applications (with a focus specific to Qt/QML is a plus)
- Able to read, interpret and analyze electrical schematics
- Experience with ARM-based embedded processors is a plus.
- Knowledge/Experience with UI/UX design using QT or other HMI frameworks is a plus
- Knowledge/Experience with different interfaces such as RS485, Serial port, USB and I2C is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop user interfaces on embedded Linux for energy metering products and communication modules
- Design and develop user interface for Production Line Management with a focus on usability and simplicity of design
- Document system analysis, software designs and test plans
- Support and assist the product verification team
