Job Title: Medical Representative / Senior / Executive Medical Representative Department: Sales & Marketing Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Medical Representative to act as a key link between SAJA Pharmaceuticals and healthcare professionals. The role involves promoting our high-quality products — including prescription medicines — to doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals while strategically increasing product awareness and market share within an assigned territory. Key Responsibilities Arrange and conduct appointments with doctors, pharmacists, and hospital medical teams. Deliver impactful presentations to healthcare professionals in clinics, hospitals, or at conferences. Organize scientific events, meetings, and conferences for doctors and other medical staff. Build and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare professionals and support staff. Maintain and manage event budgets for catering, external speakers, and hospitality. Input and update customer and sales data in the company CRM system. Achieve assigned annual sales targets and KPIs. Plan weekly and monthly work schedules aligned with area objectives. Attend company meetings, training sessions, and product briefings regularly. Stay updated with the latest clinical and scientific information related to company products. Monitor competitor activities and report insights to management. Identify new business opportunities and propose strategies for market expansion. Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and all applicable regulations. Perform any other duties assigned by the direct supervisor or line manager. Requirements Education Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (mandatory) Experience Fresh graduates or up to 3 years of relevant experience in medical sales.
