Deadline Date: Thursday 22 January 2026 Requirement: Engineer (Printing) Location: Braine-l'Alleud, BE Full Time On-Site: Yes Time On-Site: 100% Total Scope of the request (hours): 836 Required Start Date: 2 March 2026 End Contract Date: 31 December 2026 Required Security Clearance: NATO SECRET Duties & Role: The Service Engineer is responsible for the day-to-day delivery of the service within the agreed performance levels. (S)He is the POC and resolves the Incidents and Service Requests related to the printing service and coordinates technical activities with local and remote IT support units. (S)He maintains working relationship with external contractors in close coordination with the Service Delivery Manager. Skill, Knowledge & Experience: The candidate must have a currently active NATO SECRET security clearance Proven experience in IT Service Delivery Working knowledge of Enterprise Level printing software (i.e. Uniflow) Previous Experience in supporting "Follow Me" printing solutions Work Experience (5+) with the Management of multiple print servers at remote locations Proven experience handling customer and vendor relationship Working knowledge of ITIL and its processes Proficient in the creation and maintenance of Service documentation (Standard Operation Procedures and Instructions) [Desirable] Previous experience in multinational environments.
