Deadline Date: Tuesday 10 March 2026 Requirement: Configuration Management Location: Torrejon, ES Full Time On-Site: Yes Time On-Site: 100% Total Scope of the request (hours): 990 Required Start Date: 20 April 2026 End Contract Date: 31 December 2026 Required Security Clearance: NATO SECRET Duties & Role: The IWC will be responsible to create and maintain up to date the CMDB of CSU Torrejón in support of our customer CAOC TJ. The CMDB is composed of network diagrams and rack layouts, among other documentation. The IWC will be also responsible to control the mobile phone lines and terminals and act as software license manager for the CSU Skill, Knowledge & Experience: The candidate must have a currently active NATO SECRET security clearance Practical experience in Service Asset and Configuration Management activities (SACM) as described in ITIL Practical experience in creating and editing IT drawings in MS Visio Practical experience as license manager

Responsibilities

The incumbent will be responsible for creating and maintaining the up-to-date Configuration Management Database (CMDB) for CSU Torrejón, which includes network diagrams and rack layouts. Additionally, the role involves controlling mobile phone lines and terminals and acting as the software license manager.
