Headquartered at Fort Belvoir, VA, INSCOM operates in highly secure SCIF and SAP environments and maintains critical IT, C2, and network infrastructure across CONUS and OCONUS locations. The Command & Control Infrastructure Operations (C2IO) mission ensures uninterrupted delivery of networks, hardware, software, and communications capabilities that support worldwide intelligence operations. Location: Fort Belvoir, VA Overview Manages enterprise IT Change Management in accordance with ITIL and INSCOM policy, ensuring all RFCs meet configuration, accreditation, and security requirements. Responsibilities - Review/evaluate RFCs - Maintain CM documentation, SOPs, and TTPs - Support CAB/CEB processes - Ensure accreditation/inspection readiness - Coordinate changes with system owners Required Qualifications - Bachelor’s + 4 years or Master’s + 2 years - ITIL v4 certification preferred - Experience with enterprise CM - Understanding of Army IT policy and RMF - TS/SCI required

Responsibilities

The Program Manager will manage enterprise IT Change Management in accordance with ITIL and INSCOM policy. Responsibilities include reviewing RFCs, maintaining documentation, and ensuring accreditation readiness.
