Opportunity:
PeopleTec is currently seeking a C2BMC Advanced Technology Engineer to support our Huntsville, AL location.
PeopleTec, Inc. is currently seeking a full time Engineer-4 to support Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Future Spirals of Command, Control, Battle Management, and Communication (C2BMC) in Huntsville, Al. This position will include systems engineering and other related program office support for the MDA/DCCDV Chief Engineer in a fast-paced environment. Applicants must be capable of accomplishing assignments in teamwork or independent settings. Work may require travel 5% of the time to various locations to include prime contractor sites, other program offices, integration sites, and applicable laboratories within the CONUS.
Qualifications:

Required Skills/Experience:

• Experience with generating and/or reviewing artifacts for major engineering technical reviews such as SRR, PDR, CDR, and IETR events
• Experience with assessing technical requirements and/or Interface Control Documents
• Experience with generating executive summaries and informational briefings for government decision makers
• Possess both practical and theoretical technical/engineering knowledge in Infrared and/or RF sensor systems
• Capable of working independently, as a team member, or leading teams/tasks to solve engineering/scientific problems
• Capable of leading implementation of system engineering processes to facilitate integration and transition of emerging capabilities
• Experience with Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Travel: 5%
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• An active DoD Secret clearance is required to perform this work. Candidates are required to have an active Secret clearance upon hire, and the ability to maintain this level of clearance during their employment.

Education Requirements:

• BS in engineering, mathematics, physics, technology, or science
• MA/MS in related field with 12 years’ experience

Desired Skills:

• TS clearance with SCI Eligibility
• Experience with MDA Flight of Ground Test
• Experience with writing statements of work and/or engineering cost estimates
• Experience with MDA or Combatant Command Exercises
• Familiar with Integration of elements into missile defense weapon systems (sensor fusion, timeline analysis, engagement planning, state diagrams, ICDs); includes third party integration
• Experience with managing or responding to Task Management Tool (TMT) Taskers within MDA
• Experience with formulating operational concepts for missile defense applications
• Familiarity with current missile threats to the CONUS and Combatant Commands
• Familiarity with orbital mechanics
• Experience with developing kill assessment algorithms/tools or associated technologies such as lethality determination
• Technical experience with detecting or tracking objects with 2-D Infrared sensor data
• Familiar with Program Management principles
