JOB DESCRIPTION:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Principal Systems Analyst to join our team! In this role you will will be a member of the Parsons’ TEAMS NEXT support staff with a primary work assignment supporting the Missile Defense Agency’s Command, Control, Battle Management and Communications (C2BMC) Infrastructure and International organization. Additionally, you will directly support the MDA/DCCX Director regarding the operations management of the C2BMC Test Facility (CTF) and C2BMC International projects.

WHAT REQUIRED SKILLS YOU’LL BRING:

• BA/BS degree and 20+ years of relevant experience OR a MA/MS degree and 12+ years of relevant experience
• Active Secret clearance
• Experience with Missile Defense Agency and C2BMC

WHAT DESIRED SKILLS YOU’LL BRING:

• Ability to work within a collaborative environment composed of government, prime contractor, sub-contractor, and supporting contractor personnel in a badge-less contractor environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint

• Lead project execution and reporting efforts regarding prime contractor build outs and infrastructure changes
• Manage MDA taskers involving DCCX input by assigning taskers to DCCX staff and tracking completion
• Support cost/schedule/and performance efforts in supporting the DCCX Director
• Support test event planning and execution of ground tests and cyber events
• Plan and mange VIP and internal partner visits and demonstrations
• Assess and develop operational processes in support of the C2BMC Test Facility
