RESPONSIBILITIES Syntelligent is seeking a C4ISR Analyst to support a Government Customer   Location: DIA HQ / 200 MacDill Blvd, JBAB, Washington, DC 20340 Shift: Day Anticipated Salary Range: $100000 - $107500 Status: Full-Time Opening Type: Immediate Number of Openings: 1   Duties will include: * Conduct all-source intelligence research methods to assess foreign military command, control, communications, and computer (C4) and intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) capabilities, limitations, and vulnerabilities. * Analyze foreign military exercises and operations to identify C4ISR TTPs, strategy, doctrine, readiness, maintenance, integration, and compatibility issues.  * Analyze military C4ISR assets to include, but not limited to, disposition, movements, sensors, operability, architecture, networks, nodes, and targeting. QUALIFICATIONS Required: * 3+ years of experience in technical computer network target development/analysis in support of cyberoperations * Familiarity with modern network topologies/architecture components (data centers, telecommunications and fiber optic backbones, software and hardware supply chain, etc.) * Ability to identify critical C4ISR network nodes and vulnerabilities * Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings * TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph * HS diploma or GED and 11+ years of experience in intelligence or cybersecurity or Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience in intelligence or cybersecurity or Master's degree and 3+ years of experience in intelligence or cybersecurity Desired: * Experience in computer engineering, software engineering, or digital engineering * Knowledge of cyberspace operations strategy, policy, and concepts * CompTIA Security+ or Network+ certifications * Knowledge of the IC and Combatant Command environment * Knowledge of the INDOPACOM AOR * Ability to provide shift work support * Ability to accept a 6 or 12-month rotation to another team and facility   Clearance: TS/SCI w/ CI Poly   Certification Requirement: IFPC within 90 Days of Hire   Physical Requirements: Must be able to sit/stand at a desk for long-periods and must be able to lift 20 pounds occasionally.   Mental Requirements: Must be able to multi-task and rapidly change priorities with limited notice.   ONLINE APPLICATIONS, PLEASE.
