Description
We are hiring a Finance Manager with hands-on experience in insurance broking / IRDAI-regulated environments to lead finance operations in Ahmedabad. ⚠️ Please apply only if you meet ALL of the below: 3–7 years experience Experience in insurance / broking / BFSI (mandatory) Open to Ahmedabad (work from office) Role Overview You will own financial accounting, compliance, and ERP-driven finance systems in an IRDAI-regulated insurance broking setup. Key Responsibilities Manage books of accounts, monthly closures, and financial statements Handle premium reconciliation, insurer payables/receivables, brokerage accounting Ensure IRDAI compliance & regulatory reporting Work on ERP systems for accounting, reconciliation, and policy tracking Manage GST, TDS, and tax compliance Lead audits and strengthen internal controls Prepare MIS, dashboards, and financial insights Requirements Chartered Accountant (CA) (Preferred) 3–7 years experience Experience in insurance / broking / BFSI domain Strong GST, TDS, and accounting knowledge ERP finance system experience Based in or willing to relocate to Ahmedabad
